Description

0001 - Repair approximately 26 sq. ft. (2 spots), seal coat and crack fill approximately 83,000 sq. ft. of parking lot, re-stripe 3,780 Liner Foot including servicing 6 handicap boxes at 3810 4th. Street, Lubbock, TX 79415. 0002 - Repair approximately 1100 sq. ft., seal-coat and crack fill approximately 63,000 sq. ft. of parking lot, re-stripe 1,500 Liner foot with 2 handicap boxes at 1604 E. FM 1294, Lubbock, TX 79403. Contractors shall use a heavy-duty mineral-colloid-stabilized emulsified coal tar pavement sealer such as Seal Master or equivalent. Any equivalent sealer must meet the ASTM Specification D-3320 (Standard for Emulsified Coal Tar).
