FM 1294, Lubbock, TX 79403. Contractors shall use a heavy-duty mineral-colloid-stabilized emulsified coal tar pavement sealer such as Seal Master or equivalent. Any equivalent sealer must meet the ASTM Specification D-3320 (Standard for Emulsified Coal Tar). |
