2021 Splost Resurfacing Project

As of August 4, 2022. No bids received for this project and no information to rebid at this time. Work required under the Contract would include road repair and patching to include removal and replacement of distressed pavement areas, sub-grade repair, edge repair, tree root removal, overlaying, marking and raised pavement markers on the centerline on eight road segments in the City of Stone Mountain. This project is being bid with two alternatives: Alternative Bid 1 is full roadway reconstruction on all segments. Alternative Bid 2 is full roadway reconstruction on some segments and full depth reclamation on some segments. There are also three add alternates. Bids shall be entered as a lump sum price. Questions will be received up to Friday, June 17, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Responses will be made through email. Contractor shall provide email address on facsimile and/or at time of bid package request and/or pick up.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
