Description

The driveway and parking area design layout will remain the same. Vendor will measure Driveway square footage at site visit. There is a concrete pad in front of the garage that will be removed and replaced with asphalt. An 8-inch compacted crushed stone will be installed thoughtout. A 2-inch topcoat and 4-inch Base coat is required. Under the concrete pad there is a buried electric line for the stand-by generator. Vendor is responsible for removing all waste from the job site. Finish coat will be level with sidewalks.
