Paint And Repair Interior Of Recycle Centers

Work Description: Replace 40’ linear facia board/replace 75’sq rotten soffit. Replace 20’linear corner board. Replace broken vinyl siding/re-nail siding in areas where needed. Remove 400’sq, 3-Tab shingles/Install 400’sq standing seam metal, install ice water shield, drip edge, ridge cap and plumbing boots. If decking is rotten, advise P.M. before replacing. Paint facia, soffit, doors and siding-300’sq. Paint 600’sq interior of centers to include walls, doors, jambs and trim. Replace 32’linear gutter with new 6” gutters/3x4 downspouts to be installed. Caulk interior and exterior trim. Pressure wash all Center’s before painting. Contractor to ensure daily debris removal and site cleanliness throughout the day. Contractor to install by using best practices and per manufacture specifications. Furniture and other items to be moved and placed back to their original location. Personal items will be removed. Paint per Forsyth County’s Painting Standard. Attached Settingdown Rd. location=Only requires pressure washing, caulking interior and exterior of building. 20-year warranty on materials/ 5-year labor warranty
