Description

The Project consists of: The Proposed HVAC system will be composed of (2) new aircooled condensing units with refrigerant piping to (2) new indoor air-handing units along with new thermostats for each system. New air indoor air-handling units will be equipped with hot water coils and connected to the heating hot water supply and return piping provided from the boiler located in the second-floor mechanical room. The new indoor air-handling unit will reconnect to existing supply and return ductwork to distribute heating and cooling throughout the building..
