| Description | The Roanoke Valley Juvenile Detention Commission is seeking a qualified security control system contractor to replace existing integrated security control system which includes panels, intercoms, and locking hardware at the Roanoke Valley Juvenile Detention Center. Project includes the design, procurement, installation, and integration of the new security system. All proposals shall remain valid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled proposal due date. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the competitive negotiation method of selection for non-professional services as outlined in the Code of Virginia Section 2.2-4303. Proposals shall be sealed. All questions shall be issued in writing via the pre-proposal question form. Last day for questions is August 22, 2022. |
