Any name specification listed shall not be interpreted as restrictive but rather as a measure of quality and performance. 4" Center Metering Faucet (Chicago) 36 China 19" Round 4" WHT (Lava) 36 Supply Line 3/8Cx1/2P, 20", SS 72 C15 P-Trap 11/2 PVC 36 Compression Cap LF 3/8 12 Please review the attached Terms & Conditions that is a requirement for this purchase. The awarded vendor will need to agree to these T & C's. After award the vendor will be sent a purchase order for the supplies. After delivery to EOCI/TRCI in Warehouse in Umatilla, Oregon the vendor will send invoice to DOC.APInvoices@doc.oregon.gov and payment will be processed as outlined in #3 T & C's. |
