Archibald ADA Restroom Improvements

The ADA Restroom Improvements at Archibald Park, which is currently improved space, into an ADA accessible restroom facility. The General Contractor shall have experience in providing exterior construction and interior renovation and construction experience on projects similar in type to the project being solicited in this ITB. The overall project consists of the exterior and interior demolition and buildout of the current Restroom Facility at Archibald Park into ADA accessible restroom area including an exterior ramp rebuild. Exterior buildout will include an exterior block with a stucco finish, doors, closing in the hallway as a new changing room, and a rebuild of ADA ramp. Interior buildout will be for restroom facilities, inclusive of toilets, sinks, urinals, partitions, lighting, and toilet paper dispensers.
