Description a. Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment and perform all work required by Drawing for DBEH 16-1619, Repair Northbound S.C. Phillips Pkwy, CCAFS (24 pages) and Technical Specifications for DBEH 16-1619, Repair Northbound S.C. Phillips Pkwy, CCAFS (349 pages) to provide the Government with a complete and usable roadway shown in the said contract documents. b. DBEH 16-1619, Repair Northbound S.C. Phillips Pkwy (aka Phillips Pkwy), CCAFS, FL - mill and overlay approximately six (6) miles, 129,500 SY of asphalt pavement roadway at CCAFS, FL to include but not limited to maintenance of traffic through work zones, restoration of traffic light loop conductors destroyed and taken out of service by the milling process, installation of new traffic and street signs, repair of grass shoulders with excavation and sod installation, and application of pavement traffic markings in accordance with MUTCD. c. Performance Period and Paving Schedule: Performance period for this contract is 150 calendar days to include 25 work days of non-access. With the exception of weather delays, reworking rejected work, and unforeseen site conditions, contractor is to submit a construction schedule of no more than 30 calendar days for the mill and overlay of asphalt pavement road surface and application of temporary pavement markings.
