Description | The Project consists of: Site preparation and construction of a new 3-story, 153,855 SF school building on the site of the former Stanley School at 10 Whitman Road, Swampscott, MA 01907. Site development includes parking facilities, school and community play areas, a recreation field and improvements within a Town easement area within the adjacent Unitarian Universalist Church site. The work is estimated to cost $77,905,401 (no alternates).
