Description

Should an award of contract be made, the selected Bidder will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Rancho Santa Margarita to provide Signal and Safety Lighting Maintenance Services for a three (3) year term with one (1) three-year option to renew. The extension shall be in written form as an amendment to the Agreement. After the agreement is approved and awarded by City Council, this contract is expected to commence on the tenth day of August 2022.
