Watershed III Drainage Improvements - Phase I (Banyan Drive and Glentower Drive)

The base bid consists of drainage improvements including approximately 761 linear feet of 7’x4’ reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC), concrete rip rap, 4 inlets, junction boxes, channel excavation and miscellaneous items. Roadway improvements include approximately 1,000 square yards of HMAC pavement reconstruction, 2,375 square yards of new concrete pavement and subgrade, driveway replacement, curbs, sidewalks, surface restoration and miscellaneous items. SAWS water and sewer and CPS gas adjustments are also included. CPS adjustments to be performed by others. Additive Alternate Bid 1 consists of drainage improvements including approximately 846 linear feet of 7’x4’ RCBC, 6 inlets, junction box and miscellaneous items. Additive Alternate Bid 2 consist of roadway improvements including approximately 2,214 square yards of new concrete pavement and subgrade, driveway replacement, curbs, sidewalks, surface restoration and miscellaneous items.
