Direct Questions to: Procurement Contact: Ilean Clute, Director of Finance & Operations The Forest Grove School District is requesting Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Forest Grove School District Neil Armstrong Middle School Renovations and Seismic Improvements project as outlined in Attachment A Exhibit 1 - Scope of Services. Services needed must include pre-construction services and construction Services through the closeout and warranty phase of the project. Experience with similar K-12 public school environments is highly preferred. The successful firm will coordinate with the Owner's Representative (Cornerstone Management Group), the Project Architect (Mahlum Architects) and their Engineers, the District and other District hired consultants and contractors, as necessary. The District reserves the right to select and negotiate all or only certain services as provided by the successful firm. T he District intends to use a qualifications based selection process as outlined in ORS 279C.110. Proposals will be subject to an internal committee review and evaluation process. Brevity and clarity are appreciated. Top candidates will be invited to an interview. The District reserves the right to (1) reject any or all proposals; (2) waive any informalities or irregularities; and (3) select a firm which appears to be in the best interest of the District. |
