However, Beneficial Use of Dredge Material from Class A, Class AA, and Class SA waterbodies is exempt from Beneficial Use Permits. Work associated with the Route 235 - Large Culvert (#46645) Replacement project in Warren will occur in Alford Brook (Class A Waterbody); therefore, Beneficial Use of Dredge Material from this initiative is exempt from Beneficial Use Permits.
