Bioremediation and Rehabilitation of Marine Safety Building

Renovation of Marine Safety Building located at 100 N Ocean Avenue Lantana, FL. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required for perform all the phases of construction. The Town will provide a waste container for disposal of all construction and contaminated materials. This building WILL NOT be occupied during the phases of construction. Cost associated with the preparation of any required engineering drawings for the remodeling must be included in the bid. The contractor is responsible to complete all work requirements in compliance with current building code and to execute all required repairs and renovations not included in the general scope of work.
