| Description | All necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, insurances, etc. in order to perform landscape maintenance and mowing at various locations throughout Hamilton, Ohio. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid as described in the instructions to bidders No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days of bid opening The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in bids, reject any and all responsive bids, and advertise again, or to accept any bid which may be deemed to advance the best interest of the City of Hamilton, Ohio. |
