Oregon Square Plaza Pavilion

Scope: a new, approximately 10,800 SF pavilion on the existing Oregon Square Plaza. The proposed pavilion will replace the existing, large gazebo on the site and will be a metal pavilion, clad with white-colored composite metal panels, with skylights and ecoroof plantings on the pavilion roof. As of February 2023, the project is on indefinite hold pending owner review. The project is in design and received design review approval in April 2021. No other applications have been submitted. Information regarding general contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm construction schedule has not been established.
