Description

Improvements include Pavement Removal, PCC Curb and Gutter, HMA Surface Course, Watermain Installation, Water Service Installation, Watermain/Service Encasement, Sanitary Manhole Placement, as well as various Valve and Hydrant Replacements and Installations throughout Rockton. All bidders shall note the following: (1) construction monies will be drawn from local funds on hand; (2) the successful contractor will be paid on a monthly basis according to the approved estimate of completed work; (3) the Village strongly urges all contractors to employ the use of local subcontractors, suppliers, and trades as much as possible for this contract.
