Plans call for the construction of 132 apartment units. As of November 30, 2022, this project is in the early planning stages, and received additional funding from the Housing Trust Fund approval from the City of Charlotte. No building permits have been issued at this time. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
