Bexar County Parking Garages Equipment Upgrades

Qualified and experienced vendors to install Tiba Parking Systems to replace the current Amano Mc Gann Parking Access and Revenue Controls Systems (PARCS) hardware and software. Along with new Tiba Parking Systems PARCS equipment and software vendors should include Technical and Software Support for a continuous maintenance agreement from a local technician. Service Agreements will be awarded once the Tiba Parking System PARCS install has been awarded. Bexar County has the following locations where replacement PARCS are needed. The scope of the required project shall include, but is not limited to, the design, development, programming, reliability testing, fabrication, unit testing, system testing, packaging, shipping, installation, startup, maintenance, training of staff and documentation for the Tiba Parking System. The Tiba Parking System PARCS will provide Bexar County consistency throughout our multiple parking location where credentials for access control and payment services are located. The TIBA PARCS system should include the tools to successfully track transient, monthly and discount parkers with the use of a robust reporting system including: parker duration of stay, average ticket price, average garage/lot counts and payments reporting.
