Demolition of an existing ± 3.290 square foot. single story masonry and timber DPW maintenance building/shed structure; partial demolition of an existing ± 1.800 square foot. single story garage structure roof. floor slab. overhead doors, interior lights, etc.); demolition and removal of asphalt pavement and granite curbing construction of a concrete and timber. cbme type, winter highway maintenance material (e.g. salt and sand) storage structure; construction of a ± 230 linear x ± 7 height precast concrete modular block earth retaining wall; installation of asphalt cement concrete (a.ka asphalt) pavement including a ± 12.070 square foot parking lot and a ±6.600 square foot DPW vehicle maintenance yard installation of approximately 415 linear feet of granite curb; installation of precast concrete trench drain and conveyance pipe, installation of site lighting and related electrical work; installation of site fencing; relocation of a fire hydrant and all other and related Work including demolitions and removals. site landscaping and miscellaneous site restoration work as shown. specified and required to complete the project. The Work included herein shall be completed at two distinct sites located on Palumbo Place in the Village of Bronxville.
