| Description | Three (3) shingle roof replacements. These are the main roofs on the original school buildings; one (1) single story building and two (2) multi-story buildings. 1. Remove existing roof system (shingles) down to wood. 2. Remove all existing flashing and drip edges. 3. Install an IKO Shingle Roofing System, minimum Dynasty grade. 4. Install 6’ Ice & Water shield, then IKO Underlayment. 5. IKO Leading Edge on all edges, including Rakes. 6. Shingles to be installed to the edges, removing current ice jam. 7. IKO Hip & Ridge caps will be used, along with galvanized Drip Edges. 8. Valleys are expected to be weaved with the shingles. 9. Dormers will be included at locations. 10. All work to be performed under IKO specifications and products, to enforce guaranteed warranty. 11. Dispose all waste and old roofing system removed |
