In accordance with the Provisions of the California Public Contract Code Section 3300 and Section 10164, bidders shall be properly licensed to perform the Work from contract award through contract acceptance and shall possess a CLASS A license or equivalent combination of Classes required by the categories and type of Work included in the Contract Documents and Plans. Addenda will be available to download at the Citys website, as listed above, QuestCDN, or at the office of the City Engineer. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, shall be performed, constructed or installed.
