A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Phase 2 Type 2 Concrete Repairs, Carbon Fiber Structural Repairs and Epoxy Injection at Fanny Chapman Dive Pool Building. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the maximum amount bid is required to be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit within the time limit specified in the Contract Documents, the Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
