SWTP Generator Switchgear and Electrical Improvements

1. Repurposing an Existing Work Room Into a New Electrical Room Which Will House New Electrical Equipment 2. Supply and Installation of 3 New Switchboards, 3 Motor Control Centers, 3 Automatic Transfer Switches and Associated Feeders, Raceways and Equipment Pads 3. Rerouting of Primary Feeders From The LCEC Point of Attachment To 3 Existing Stepdown Transformers, Rerouted Duct Banks, Removal of High Voltage Switchgear, Auto Transformer and Existing Generator Secondary Feeders 4. Demolition of Existing Ventilation System and Installation of a New Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System 5. Coordination with Owner and LCEC To Identify Operational Needs and Phase Construction Work Accordingly In Order To Maintain Facility Operations At All Times 6. Coordination With LCEC To Meet All LCEC Requirements/Specifications For Materials and Labor 7. Supply and Installation of Power From Automatic Transfer Switches To Switchgears, From Switchgears To Motor Control Centers And From Switchgears To Booster Pumps 8. Relocation of Existing Plumbing Water Lines, Drain Piping, Air Compressor and Mop Sink 9. Removal of Debris and Disposing Per Specifications 10. Performing Startup and Commissioning of New Equipment.
