Athletic Turf Maintenance and Services

Provide athletic turf maintenance at all Bermuda and Bahia athletic fields throughout the district in accordance with the following specifications. Service includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to provide a complete program for the athletic fields listed in Attachment 1. The Contractor is to monitor for weeds, diseases and insects monthly and report ingress of weeds and occurrences of disease and insects to the District. The Contractor is to submit a monitoring map, Attachments 13,14,15, and 16 (Attachment 13 - Football Field, Attachment 14 - Baseball Field, Attachment 15 - Practice Field and Attachment 16 - Softball Field) to Sites & Utilities, clearly quantifying existing weed, disease and insect populations. HCPS reserves the right to change the number of schools during the contract period.
