Coos County Family Health Services Additions and Renovation

Project consists of the following: Multiple additions to existing family healthcare facility with partial CDBG funding. (1) To construct two wood-framed additions to the Pleasant Street facility on the North and West sides of the building. Provide associated interior renovations to provide access to said additions, including the re-organization of interior spaces to increase patient exam rooms and associated provider areas. The project will also include the replacement of the existing roofing systems as well as the mechanical system throughout the existing building. Associated sitework includes the replacement of the retaining wall along the Dead River on the north side of the site.
