The Contractor shall have a goal, subcontracting with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of ten percent (10%), with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVE) of three percent (3%); and with Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Veteran Owned Business of ten percent (10%) of awarded contract price for work to be performed. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
