Description

The South Jersey Port Corporation is soliciting bids for the provision of demolition and subsequent site restoration services related to the site and its structures located at 551 South 2nd Street, Camden, NJ. The site’s structures are vacant and have not been in use for several years. The building is not considered safe for habitation. A Pre-Demolition Environmental Assessment Report has been performed by Omega Environmental, Inc. which indicates the presence of asbestos, lead based paint, and other environmentally hazardous materials.
