Cambray Court Apartments, Phase 2 Renovations

The project shall be bid out as (1) prime contract: General Construction The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: (7) residential buildings (comprised of 15 one bedroom apartments, and 13 studio apartments) and an on-site community building. The 7 residential buildings, separated by fire walls, will be reduced to 6 buildings, as 1 building is to be demolished. Certain units will be reconfigured, yielding 13 one-bedroom units and 8 studio apartments. The separate community building is comprised of meeting space, 2 rest rooms, office spaces, kitchen, and storage space. Work for each building will include new exterior finishes, new windows and doors, new roofing, new mechanical heating system, and new kitchens, baths, and other interior finishes. The sitework will include a renovated asphalt parking areas, new sidewalks throughout the property, and improved drainage on the site. New site lighting and monument signage will also be included.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
