New North Branford High School Project - Technology Phase 3C

Bids will be received for the technology project, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, services, and equipment necessary for a complete installation for the projects titled "TECHNOLOGY PHASE 3C" at North Branford High School for the TOWN OF NORTH BRANFORD. All contractors submitting bid must be DAS prequalified. All questions/clarifications should be submitted in writing to: Carson Collier at ccollier@qamarch.com. The last day to submit questions is Friday, August 5, 2022. All questions will be answered by 5 pm. Monday August 8th, 2022. Phase 1 Delivery and Installation to be coordinated with the construction manager for October 6th 2022. Phase 2 Delivery and Installation to be coordinated with the construction manager for October 15th 2023. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish and pay for 100% Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds, in the forms included in the Specifications. This project is state assisted and requires compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions of Executive Order 11246; Non-Discrimination Provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Prevailing Wage determinations as issued by the Connecticut Department of Labor; and other provisions outlined in the bid documents. Bids, to receive consideration, must be in the hands of the authorized representative no later than the day and hour mentioned above. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the above Authority.
