| Description | Installation of flooring and vinyl baseboard. The flooring will be o ne (I) color of carpet or VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile) as specified in project summary. The work in the carpeted spaces incl udes: The installation of carpet over existing tile, the removal of existing vinyl baseboard and installation of new vinyl baseboard. The work in the VCT areas includes the installation of new VCT over freshly abated asbestos floor tile and the removal of (if needed) and installation of new vinyl baseboard. The work will need to be conducted while students and staff are occupying the building in areas outside of the immediate work area. |
