Janitorial Cleaning Services

The selected Contractor will be expected to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary for the cleaning of thirteen (13) City buildings identified on under Section G. page 8 of this RFP. The majority of the work consists of the daily cleaning of the buildings, which includes, but is not limited to: removal from the premises of trash, dirt, dust, lint, marks, stains, spots, odors, film, grease, etc. In addition, Contractor may be asked to provide additional periodic Services including: high surface dusting, carpet cleaning, floor waxing, as well as inside and outside window washing. The City's intent in contracting with the Contractor is to have the buildings maintained at a standard of cleanliness that results in a high quality appearance and provides a clean and healthy work environment.
