Description This project is located on located on US 40 at the Hatem Bridge over the Susquehanna River between Erie Street and Perryville Road (Harford and Cecil Counties). The project consists of the reconstruction of existing pavement in the vicinity of the toll plaza, the removal of the existing toll plaza structure, and coordinating such improvements with concurrent on-call construction contracts to implement constructing a new gantry and Information Technology System (ITS) equipment to support all electronic tolling (AET) operations west of the Hatem Bridge.
