Howell Island Conservation Area Causeway Demolition and Removal Site Directions: N. Eatherton Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005 (38.664174N, -90.679907W) The work of the Contract consists of the demolition and removal of the existing concrete causeway and the installation of a riprap aggregate cap at the Howell Island Conservation Area. The scope of work includes all labor, equipment, materials, erosion control, temporary traffic control, site preparation, construction, or other requirements as specified within the contract documents. Estimate: $264,350 - $357,50 Projects of $100,000 or more specific goals are: MBE 10 % and WBE 5 % The Bidder agrees to complete the work within Sixty (60) Working Days from the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
