Fore Street/Eastern Promenade Sewer Separation

Location: The Fore Street/Eastern Promenade Sewer Separation Project is located along Fore Street/Eastern Promenade from approximately 100 Fore Street to the intersection of Morning Street with the Eastern Promenade. The project includes construction within portions of Waterville Street, St. Lawrence Street, Atlantic Street, Munjoy Street, O’Brion Street, Vesper Street, and Morning Street. The project includes, but, is not limited to the following items: 1. Providing approximately 4,000 LF of storm drain and sewer piping and associated manholes; 2. Installation of stormwater treatment systems. 3. Surface restoration including full depth pavement from curb to curb, sidewalks, and vegetated areas. 4. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic control 5. Coordination with natural gas replacement by Until and coordination with abutting projects. 6. This project will be a blend bid with the Portland Water District. Water main work will include water main renewal from Mountfort Street to Morning Street.
