Description

Improvements to 1.0 mile of state forest roads generally consisting of Widen, ditch, shape, and level the existing subgrade roadbed using existing materials along the roadbed to a width of not less than 16'-0" Install 4 Equalization Culverts, Culvert material to be double wall with interior smooth surface All Equalization Culverts installed are 18" x 30'. All Equalization Culverts to have riprap (minimum size of 4"-6" diameter) placed at each end of culvert within 24 hours of installation. Cap segment area with pit run gravel at a minimum of 6" thick. Final shaping, leveling, and capping of the roadbed should result in drainage off the roadbed to maintain an approximate 16'-0" wide roadway after pit-run gravel is placed on all segments.
