Description

The Project consists of demolition and replacement of the existing roof system and all associated accessories (gutters, downspouts, etc.). The scope area is known to contain asbestos-containing materials and abatement shall be included in this Project. The Project shall also include reinforcement of roof and soffit framing as indicated in plans. Historic wood components adjacent to the roof (eaves, soffits, frieze bands, brackets, etc.) shall be repaired/replaced per drawings and specifications.
