The Term of this contract is three (3) years with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods, at NYCHA's sole discretion. NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan: All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date(s) listed. -MWBE Utilization Plan: At time of bid submission (also required when requesting a Partial Waiver) Failure to complete the Utilization Plan or Waiver may deem your bid non-responsive.
