Box 758 / 1401 N 17th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80632 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:TBD Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 08/16/2022 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Weld County is requesting cabling installation at the Weld County 822 Chase facility which includes a total of 48 category 6 cables from a data closet to the specific locations in the same building, on the same floor. Brand name only, alternate brands will not be accepted. See attached notice for item numbers. Mandatory pre-bid walk-through required. Weld County is requesting the cabling at the Weld County 822 Chase facility. The project includes a total of 48 category 6 cables from a data closet to the specific locations in the same building, on the same floor. A total of 24 strands of Corning Single Mode fiber optics using LC connectors utilizing required labelling is to be ran and installed from the 1st floor main data closet to the 5 th floor closet. All associated patch panels and pathways are to be verified and provided by the contractor. A total of One 19' rack, patch panels, ladder rack and all other data closet equipment as specified is required. Patch cables at the specified amount in the details section are required prior to signoff. Specific details will be provided during the mandatory walkthrough. The project is considered an all-inclusive cabling turnkey solution. Building electrical diagrams will be provided at the mandatory walk-through. Contractors are to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the copper, fiber, data closet and all other components of the installation project. The project is to include the installation of specified cabling per the identified materials in the specification sheet. The installation will use industry standards in addition to requirements listed in this bid. Access into county facilities will be granted via escort and facility sign in will be required. All cabling test results and as-built engineering documents are to be provided in both physical hard copy and electronically 30 days from project completion. There shall be a warranty for all materials and labor for a period of not less than one full year after the work has been accepted by the County. This in no way limits or reduces the warranty offered by any manufacturer of material or equipment used in maintenance or repairs. Full completion of the project needs to be no later than October 15, 2022. |
