| Description | The scope of the project is to provide Oakes College with a new stand-by generator power system consisting of a 300KW generator, automatic transfer switches, and distribution panels to power Oakes apartments and the Cafe building. Provide extension of natural gas line to the new generator and install fencing. Additional receptacles will also be added to the Cafe building. All earth disturbance work to happen 4/15 to 10/15.
