Description

Project scope includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide fabricated metal coping caps over the tops of the parapets, including ancillary flashings. 2. Provide fabricated metal roof edge assemblies on wall copings as indicated. 3. Repair and repoint portions of parapet walls. 4. Replace / install rising-wall flashings between roofs and concrete block walls, base-of-wall flashings along the east and north elevations; disassemble masonry assemblies at wall intersections and at corner window walls and install sheet metal flashing assemblies. 5. Install through-wall flashings where copings meet vertical masonry walls. 6. Remove and replace concrete masonry units above bond beam lintels and replace flashings at all windows. 7. Install elastomeric coating on select masonry assemblies where indicated (not wholesale application). 8. Provide EPDM membrane flashings on parapets and copings where indicated. Tie into existing EPDM systems including all required accessories to provide a weather-tight assembly. 9. Install joint sealants and backer rods accessory to masonry assemblies and in head joints of copings. 10. Remove and reinstall lightning protection components where within the areas of work.
