GSA is also requesting that the metal drains be replaced. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE AND DESCRIPTION: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45.0 million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set aside for award to qualified small businesses. Offers from other businesses including large businesses will not be considered.
