Lower Campus Community Education Office Remodel

This project includes an interior remodel of a secondary entrance to the Lower Campus and an interior remodel of an existing classroom into administrative offices to create a secure entrance and office space. The work will include the expansion of the entrance vestibule, including a new glazed aluminum entrance storefront, relocation of a CUH, new electronic door hardware, incidental ceiling and finish work and mechanical and electrical work to accomplish the new secure entrance and office space. It will also include a remodel of an adjacent existing office space to create new offices and a conference room.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
