| Description | Sealed bids will be accepted by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen for the Replacement of flooring, carpeting and stair treads . Bids will not be mailed or faxed out. No bidders will be accepted after the stated dates. No reposting of bid specifications is permitted. Potential bidders must be in good standing with HUD and not listed on the federal or state listing of debarred contractors. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with Sections 103 and 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327-330) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR part 5). The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR part 3). The successful bidder is required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including P.L. 1975, C. 127 (Affirmative Action and Americans with Disabilities Act). Bidder is required to submit with its bid a valid Business Registration Certificate and W9. |
