| Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to establish contingency contracts for disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW), wastewater de-watered sludge, construction demolition debris (CDD), and tire shred material for the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services and for all departments and activities of the County of Fairfax for the requirements listed in this solicitation. Disposal sites could include landfills, waste-to-energy sites, or other permitted locations. All the expenses including the disposal location tipping should be included in the bids.
