Description | The Iliff and Vaughn Way Pedestrian Improvements project consists of a base bid and one bid alternate. The improvements that are part of the base bid include: pedestrian signal construction, construction of sidewalk and curb ramp in the Iliff median and mid-block, lighting improvements, signage and striping, landscaping restoration. The improvements associated with the bid alternate include: curb return reconstruction at both legs of Vaughn Way to reduce pedestrian crossing distance by constructing returns that are in-line with current radii standards, ADA ramp compliance at Vaugh Way, creating a right turn port chop island at both legs of Vaugh Way for improved pedestrian safety. |
