Replace Existing Domestic Hot Water System in the Doniphan County Jail

Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder and his address and the project name "REPLACE EXISTING DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEM IN THE DONIPHAN COUNTY JAIL". If submitted by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope and addressed to the owner at the Board of County Commissioners, PO Box 278, Troy, Kansas, 66087. The specifications and conditions for the work to be completed are on file in the office of the County Clerk, Doniphan County Courthouse, Troy, Kansas. The Scope of the Work for this project is as follows: Remove and replace existing domestic hot water heating system in the Doniphan County Jail located at 219 S. Main St. Troy, KS. 66087 Doniphan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. After bids have been submitted, the bidder shall not assert that there was a misunderstanding concerning the quantities of work or of the nature of the work to be done. Award of contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
