The construction of 0.217 miles of HMA paving of ProSeed Drive being known as County Project No. JSCBS-103-22 in Jasper County Mississippi. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of the published quantities. The attention of the BIDDER is directed to the State and Federal laws governing selection of and employment of labor.
