The Project generally includes well site grading and preparation, construction of the Coldwater Well control vault and appurtenant pipes, valves, equipment, pipeline connection to the wellhead, and well site improvements; construction and installation the well`s electrical control panel and telemetry; construction of pump-to-waste discharge pipeline; construction of control panel, standby generator and electrical transformer concrete pads; site grading and surface improvements; and, perimeter fence and access gates.
